Dr. Molly Rosen

A New Kind Of Dentistry

I am pleased to announce an exciting transition and expansion at our office.  Dr. Molly Rosen will be joining our team and I will be in the office part-time, focusing on my passion and specialty of prosthodontics. I am excited to let you know that Dr. Rosen will be here full-time to ensure you are always well taken care of in the manner that you have been accustomed to. I am fortunate to have found someone who shares my love of dentistry and my commitment to patient relationships and quality treatment. It has been a pleasure getting to know Dr. Rosen personally and I can’t wait to introduce you to her.

Harry Randel, DMD

Meet Dr. Molly Rosen

Dr. Rosen is dedicated to fostering authentic relationships and empowering confidence through beautiful, healthy smiles.

A little introduction before we meet…

I grew up in Wilmington, Delaware, with my parents and younger brother, Zach. My parents still live in the same house where we were raised, only now with their two (psychotic but adorable) mini Australian Shepherds – Sadie and Riley.

My dad, also a dentist, has had a wonderful practice that I grew up in, along with his patients and staff who were with him for over 35 years. I loved going to the office, where my mom would help out each week, and where there was a pinball machine in the waiting room and lunch always included spaghetti at Pat’s Pizza next door. Members of his staff are still like family to me.

My love of dentistry exploded in college, when I realized it was the perfect combination of spending time with people, healthcare, and functional esthetics – you can both feel good and look good at the same time. I’m lucky to absolutely love what I do, and am excited to get to know all of you and your families along the way.

A few details about my dental training:  I received my undergraduate degree from The University of Delaware and I graduated from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine, in Boston. I then went to Northwestern University in Chicago for a hospital-based residency. During the residency I worked with Prosthodontists and Oral Surgeons, focusing on complex reconstructive treatment plans and helping people love their smiles again. I’ve been fortunate to work hand-in-hand with a Master Ceramist at a private dental laboratory to make sure that the dental treatment that you receive not only looks beautiful but lasts for years and years.

In the past few years, I’ve completed over 300 hours of courses focusing on all aspects of Implant Dentistry, and have been certified to treat Sleep Apnea through the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). My father and I have enjoyed attending TMJ courses together around the country, and I’m able to help treat the headaches and migraines that you may have had for years. We have a wonderful new Itero 3D imaging system that will replace the need for many ‘goopy’ impressions and make Invisalign easier and more accurate if you have been thinking about straightening your teeth.

For the past five years, I’ve been working in a private practice in Boston until I found the perfect opportunity to move closer to home and was lucky enough to be introduced to Dr. Randel. I know that many of you have been patients here for a long time, and I want to acknowledge the trust and the relationship you’ve built with the practice over the years. I am committed to continuing your exceptional care. I will do everything I can to ensure that your visits are as comfortable and professional as you have come to expect. Importantly, the office staff, location, and hours will all remain the same, and you’ll see Dr. Randel around the office to update you on his grandkids and weekend travels.

Thank you for choosing us as your dental home – we will never take you for granted. If any of you have any concerns or questions, feel free to ask any staff member or reach out to me personally. I’d like nothing better than for you to come by so I can say hello. :)

Sincerely,

Molly Rosen, DMD
